The PACT Act is a new law that expands VA health care and benefits for
Veterans exposed to burn pits and other toxic substances. This law helps us
provide generations of Veterans—and their survivors—with the care
and benefits they’ve earned and deserve.

Cadet Owen Roy of Northern Highlands Regional High School and Cadet Joaquin Kull of Ramsey High School completed their cadet basic training with their 2026 classmates on Saturday August 13, 2022.
American Legion Post 57 honoring Louis Riccardi,
a decorated Viet Nam veteran
with a lifetime membership for serving 52 years of continuous membership in the American Legion. Officer Stan Wekarski presented the award.
At our recent Legion Post meeting Mary Edna and Alan Krutchkoff spoke about their organization Adopt a Soldier Platoon which supports both active duty troops down range as well as veterans in need. Alan is an Air Force veteran and Mary Edna is a registered nurse.
Mary Edna spoke about a veteran who is currently experiencing very bad PTSD and needs both financial and medical help guidance.
