Revolutionary War Re-enactment at the Hermitage – July 13th, 10am – 4pm

This July 13th come experience American history firsthand as the members of Outwater’s Militia and George Washington himself will be here on the grounds re-enacting the time that Washington’s troops actually stayed at the Hermitage in 1778.

There will be the firing of the muskets and you can interact with George Washington, the troops and craftspeople.

There will be a blacksmith, a lace maker, cooks and more doing demonstrations and recreating this historic time! And also take a tour inside the historic house. It’s a fantastic, interactive day for the whole family!

Tickets are $10 adults, $5 children and children under 5 are free and are available at the gate.
